Tessa… what an asset.

She’s more than your “HMUA” she more than a triple threat. She’s the calm in the storm, the peace in the chaos and the quiet voice that makes you feel heard.

I truely do not think my day would have been the fairytale I always dreamed of if I didn’t book with this beautiful angel. Tessa and I had many sessions with facials and skin tightening, hair and makeup trials and beyond. We developed a client friendship that I’ll never forget with the time we spent.

Flawless makeup, regardless of your age (she did makeup for people aged 20-60). She will discuss your goals and how you want to feel and look, she wants to see what your normal makeup is, and make it extra “you” and flawless for your wedding day. She will incorperate your favourite things about a photo into what actually suits your facial features. We had multiple messages and forms with what we wanted and many photos. She absolutely nailed the brief for every single bridesmaid, my mum, my mother in law and I felt like an absolute goddess on my wedding day, and I had so many compliments.

Her hair skills: so versatile. Every hair texture she knows how to work with it and get it to style the way you asked. My hair does not hold curls unfortunately. But she gave me product recommendations, and advice on how to dry my hair, what to put in it, how many days prior etc. On the day- my hair was perfect all the way through.

She now offers a new service too! I had a down style for my ceremony, and after the photos she put my hair into an upstyle for the reception and away I went to boogie the night away- the upstyle also lasted all night with me breaking it down hard on the dance floor.

Her aesthetics skills… she’s a library of knowledge for different conditions, ages, and outcomes. She helped me change my skincare regime for my skin to be absolutely flawless, glowy and plump. I have a few sensitivities and aversions to textures/feelings and Tessa went out of her way to research products that would work for me, or she already knew what I needed. Again.. I would get stopped constantly, at work, at the shops, anywhere I was to get my skincare regime because I was glowing.

Tessa as a person is also such a beautiful caring soul. She truly gives her all and deserves every good thing that comes her way. I meshed so well with her and it made me so comfortable on my wedding day to have her in the room with me. She knew all the ins and out of all my wedding planning, was always down to give advice and help me with my wedding planning journey (and life too sometimes).

Now 3 nearly 4 weeks post the wedding I’m sad I don’t get to see her as much and have booked in for another facial to see her again and get my skin in good health again post the honeymoon.

10/10 I recommend Tessa to everyone and anyone. Please do not hesitate to book if you are able to get your date 

Absolutely amazing experience! My makeup turned out flawless and lasted perfectly all day.

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she genuinely went above and beyond for me. At the last minute my prescription contacts hadn’t arrived, and she kindly gave me a spare pair of hers that just happened to be the exact same prescription as mine — honestly a lifesaver because I would’ve been practically blind for the day.

Such a beautiful, caring person with amazing attention to detail. I felt so confident and beautiful. Could not recommend her enough!

Tessa was absolutely incredible on my wedding day! She did both my hair and makeup as well as my mum’s, and we couldn’t have been happier. My mum never usually gets her hair and makeup done, but she absolutely loved hers and felt so confident and beautiful.

As for me, everything was exactly what I wanted. I had changed my mind from my trial, but Tessa listened so carefully and delivered perfectly — I felt completely like myself, just elevated.

On top of her amazing talent, Tessa brought such a fun, warm, and lively energy to the morning. She truly added so much light and joy to the start of the day, which made the whole experience even more special. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
